Thanks Mark for presenting this interesting information. It is of great value for those in business to know just how much expectation of privacy they can have when considering the cloud for data and messaging. Very interesting conclusions and completely surprised me considering that the 6?th US District Court of Appeals seemed to rule June 2007 to protect privacy. Was this ruling appealed? What is it's current status?
